WE'RE YART-ING AT ARTSFARMSTUDIO!
"What exactly is a 'YART', anyway?" you say--well, listen up kids!
YART=yard sale + art (virtual, in this case)
Last year, a big bunch of Etsy sellers got together and ran a collective sale and it turned out amazingly well, with lots of great deals in art, craft, vintage items and supplies. So we're doing it again this year! The YART sale is the brainchild of the Etsy Supply Street Team (ESST), who are promoting the event onsite and off.
It runs through Sunday, June 14 and right now, there are almost 47,000 (yes that's 47 THOUSAND) items on sale from a wide range of sellers! All you have to do is search on Etsy for the word 'yart' in either the handmade, vintage, supplies categories, or go for the whole thing by searching in 'all items' in the drop-down list on any page on the site.
Each shop is running their own version of the YART sale; some are giving a freebie or free shipping with purchase, others are taking a percentage off, and others (like me) have a section in the shop devoted to YART sale items. So far, I've got 70 items in the sale section, with more being marked down each day! There's great handcrafted, one of a lind jewelry, vintage glass, housewares, vintage buttons, jewelry and lots more!
