4th Annual "On the Rise" Awards - Please vote for my site!

Sooooo I am hoping for some shameless self promotion!

Ravinstyle.com and Metier Fashion Designer Magazine have teamed up for this annual award. I thought why not ask the help of some friends. Chances are slim but what the heck….so if you have a minute and want to help out a starving artists I would appreciate your help! And you can win as well!

In August, they will announce the top choice in each category based on YOUR votes as determined by the StyleBakery.com editors. They will also award a Readers' Choice to the designers that receive the most votes in each category.



The winning designers will be featured on StyleBakery.com and in the November issue of Metier magazine.



Here's the scoop:



1."On the Rise" designers are generally those that are not household names - yet. You would not find their designs in department stores or mass merchants.



2. Eligible designers must have an online presence in order for us to view their designs, either via their own site OR a third party online boutique.



3. Nominated designers may or may not have appeared on StyleBakery.com or Ravinstyle.com. It is not a requirement.



4. You do not have to vote for every category, but please include as much information as you can, especially links to the sites where we can view the nominated designs (this will save us endless hours Googling your nominations!).



5. The deadline for submitting your ballot is July 31, 2008.





6. All voters will be eligible to win a $500 gift certificate to ravinstyle.com. One winner will be chosen at random.



7. Only one ballot per email address may be submitted.
