I think one of the keys for getting into treasuries is to start thought provoking informative posts over on Etsy. When i was active on the forums on Etsy I was in a treasury just about everyday. there did seem to be about a one month or more lag time between being active on the forums and getting treasury.

I really slowed down my forum activity over at Etsy, and hence now i seem lucky to get into a treasury or two a month.

I noticed that Artsfarm is not getting in as many treasuries either all of a sudden. And she is pretty active on the forums. So this may not be a solid correlation. Artsfarm change may be related to the search changes though.

If you remember, most of the treasuries I was in were vintage-themed. As soon as the search changed, my vintage sales fell off the face of the earth and my art & handmade views/hearts/sales picked up. (Not complaining about that one, but it's still a loss)
So yes, it has an effect in a lot of ways

That's it! When I was in the treasuries they were
vintage inspired pieces and I was active in the
forums as well. Now, not so much. I have stayed
away from the etsy forums for a while.
